《高潮醫生》（Doctor Climax）
背景設定在 1970 年代末期、1980年代的泰國🇹🇭，當時對性愛問題的討論並不開放。
該劇的靈感來自創作者兼製片人เอกชัย เอื้อครองธรรม提出，將性愛專欄改編為劇集的點子，並以當時真實出版的信件為基礎，反映了當時社會的諸多議題。
國際法院在7月19日針對 ”Legal Consequences arising from the Policies and Practices of Israel in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem” 終於做出諮詢意見！

先說法院結論：以色列
「繼續佔領」被佔巴勒斯坦領土（OPT
）違反國際法多項規則，以色列必須在法院20年前針對「隔離牆」（Wall）違反國際人道法和其他國際法規則的調查結果等基礎上，盡快撤出OPT。
但大家還是盡力地留到最後，儘管許多「長官們」都後面還有行程，所以需要先離開（這我也能理解）我只去了一趟花蓮就叫苦連天…過去總是很抗拒寫下任何心得，因為覺得文字和可運用的詞彙充滿限制，彷彿寫下來就「失真」了（也或者只是懶，因為每次回到臺北後都覺得身體好累）。
這次其實也是，本來計畫大睡好幾天，沒想到滿滿的感覺還來不及沈澱，就又得開始處理其他任務，幸好遇上投票日（有正當理由休息的日子）。
在臉書上看到夥伴老師們在 #文化能力 課程結束隔天又跑去基隆、跑去高雄，馬不停蹄參與 #族語復振、#文化照顧 的活動，我覺得自己體力跟復原力好差…
A more-than-one-month visiting journey is reaching its end. Thought it’d be “just a vacation”, which became an even more productive study retreat with a proper work/life balance – something I always took as a luxury in Taiwan. Intimacies play an essential part in this process that has long been compromised by never-ending work back home.
Thought I’d let the emotions sink in and prepare for the end of “summer”, but suddenly they hit me quite hard when I was waiting for the last flight at the Istanbul Airport, reviewing the photos taken in the past few weeks.
The week in London and Manchester was amazing. We got to visit various stakeholders of LGBT health promotion, which goes far beyond the STI “problem”. Listening to the experiences of NGOs, charities, NHS, academics and researchers, I’ve come to appreciate more than before the intricacies of such work. Participating in a Formosa Salon event and a PAR-ish conference in Canterbury and walking in the London Pride again were a nice interlude to the trip.
每個出過國的人可能都曾好奇過——我是因為身為「人」而在國際社會中移動時中具有意義，抑或是我的國籍讓我擁有一席之地？
1881年德國出生的一名男子，1905年搬到瓜地馬拉做生意，並成為瓜地馬拉的永久居民，但從未取得公民身分。他時不時會去德國和列支敦士登探望家人，甚至於二戰爆發不久後1939年10月申請並取得了列國公民身分。根據當時德國國籍法，他因此失去了德國國籍。1940年1月，他持列支敦士登護照返回瓜地馬拉，並向當地政府通報改變國籍的事實。
瓜地馬拉後來加入了同盟國，1941年12月11日正式向德國宣戰。儘管這名男子擁有列國身分，卻在1943年因被視為敵國（德國）公民而遭逮捕。瓜國沒收了他的財產，而移轉到美國後，他被拘禁到二戰結束後1946年才被釋放。獲釋後，這名男子返回列支敦士登度過餘生。
