We still had another class of The Development of Global Business and Trade in the morning of Aug 9th.
I brought Felix to lunch. I was very glad that he did enjoy everything, such as dumplings or mixed soup and so on. In fact, we had some discussion about the factors of my bad mood last night and something else of me...
In the afternoon, we had a new trip of Bricks & Piles Industry in Miaoli County. It's related to traditional manufacturing with large-size production for fewer earnings. Regarded less of the factory, we got the opportunity to carve our own soft bricks after the brief tour, but it would take a long time to make them hard and tough by heating in a hot pot, so we couldn't bring them home with us after all. Whatever, it was very funny when taking a look of other ones' results of efforts.
After the interesting tour, on the way to the hotel in the bus, Felix and I continued the topic as same as at noon. He did give me many opinions, and tried to set himself into my position to solve my problem. I was touched by his sincerity and friendship.
About 8:30 at night, I hurried to his room to tell him that I'd deal with everything, and then we went out for dinner together. That was my first time to their room (He & Walther), and Christian was right there to talk with them (He & Matthias were gone in the morning); as I could imagine, that it was a little bit messy(Huh~.) I gave Felix a ride to E-Chung St., which is for a night market, Unfortunately, we saw a car accident on our way there, but it didn't affect our good mood, because everything for us was so exciting; for him, he was on a motorbike to goof around the city as a local people; how about me is that I hadn't given a foreigner a ride before, so that both of us felt very excited. Then I led him to do some shopping, like SOGO Department Store and some Sports Products Stores. In my view, he is a real PE teacher, who did prefer searching for new sneakers, T-shirts or bags. And he is a smart guy, who knew to find a better prize. However, the most interesting thing for me was that he introduced some brands to me and told me the stories of them. Finally, he picked a cute bag for his cute girlfriend and 2 new T-shirts for himself. Before we backed to the hotel, we had a baked potato and some drinks in a street vendor. It was a very cool experience for me after all.

There was only one class of International Management in the morning of Aug 10th. Everything for me would be optimistic except for that I learnt Barbara (Unterrainer) wasn't well during the short break. Until the class was over, I brought her to my apartment as soon as possible to get some medicine. I was very worried about her then, because she did look so bad. Then, I took her to a bank to exchange the Euros into NT; the process was really complicated and confusing. (HA~)
While I rode her back to the Computer room, Felix had waited for me outside, because I promised him to do some activities then, first of all, after the lunch, he had to get some money, and we went to the Post office for getting some stamps, then I took him to purchase a few electronics in the Electronic St. He bought one USB disk before we went to an Ice Cream Kiosk for dessert. Furthermore, we wrote his postcards together; he did the German (or Italian) part, and I did him a favor of the Chinese part; everything was interesting for me to shop with him.
At around 8:20, I arrived at the hotel again, because the Professor Lin invited us to join the Night-Life with Austrians. After having the discussion, we selected a dancing pub (Lion King) as our target. Right there everything was so special and crazy for me. At the beginning, what I dare to do was only to drink beers, to smoke, or to have a talk with others. Nonetheless, I got more and more excited by the music, the band, and the crowded people in the pool...perhaps the alcohol had pushed me to be crazier, I started to dance with big body shakes, and every girl were so hot and sexy, whoever a Chinese or an Austrian. Thx for many guys' praises, they did encourage me. (Ha Ha~~) Till now, I still cannot forget the amazement and excitement with crazy behaviors. As far as I'm concerned, I do like the place at all, and I hadn't supposed that my first time there would be with foreigners, that experience was really very cool.
By the way, Wilhelm & Walther are real Dancing Kings of the pool; Katrin & Grace (Professor Lin) are the Queens. The girls were totally in different looks from the casual times, and it was welfare for boys. (Huh~)
However, I was like passed out at last, so I was afraid that I couldn't ride home steadily and safely. Fortunately, after arriving at the hotel,
Wilhelm asked us (Felix, Edith & I) whether we wanted to have some drinks for refreshments and he would like to have some photos of all of us together, and I was getting better then. By the way, there were two things necessarily mentioned. One is that we were resisted by the clerk of Family Mart store to take a photo inside, that's quite weird for us; on the other hand, Wilhelm is a real fire fighter, who is indeed interested in those water tubes.(Huh~) After ciao, I gave Edith a ride home, then backed to my own place. What an impressive and unforgettable night!!
