1.北歐人很憂鬱 加上擴張太快 2.美國人長期浪費 先消費又借貸 兼發動戰爭 3.法院根本就是錯誤的判決 一開始判給泰國不就沒事了 4.我們本來就喝著吃著一堆有毒食物 活在虛假的世界裡 5.最近油價大跌 俄羅斯也慘重 6.戰爭的規模不大 經濟問題比較惱人 7.我一直都比較喜歡馬克思主義跟社會主義 資本主義是繁榮的假象 8.也許你該少抽點煙 不要騎機車 不要熬夜可以省電 9.M型社會更誇張 左邊的鄰居可能住豪宅 右邊的朋友可能沒錢繳下月電費 10.那都不是我們能控制的 世界怎麼了 人類就是破壞地球一切的亂源!!
呵...果然是個法律人 已經把issues都寫了出來 有的還附了reasoning跟rulings 很棒很棒!!! 特別是結論...u got me!!! that's what I prevented from saying so...
所以有時候會懷疑自己，讀這些東西真的有意義嗎~~ 知道的越多，生活卻不經意的越令人困惑與痛苦~~ 現實世界的鬥爭令人難以接受、學術圈內的真相又有誰願意面對?? 法律、政治、社會、經濟~~哪一種社會科學不是主觀的、不是無解的?? 用不同角度切入得到的結論就會天差地遠~~ 不就是所謂的"deaf dialog"~~根本沒人願意聽別人的意見與想法~~ 有誰能說自己是理性的??居然還有一堆學說以"人是理性的"為論述的基礎~~嘿嘿~~ 說不定真如老子所主張的【無知】或是莊子所主張的【不知】才是比較有益於這個地球的~~ 「知道不知的道理，就達到最高的境界了」。
哎... 但 這不就是我們活著的世界嗎? 不主觀 那人又何必需要智慧呢? 也許你說對了~ [無知]或[不知] 才是最高境界 從common value的角度是如此 但 又怎可能無私地只考慮所謂的common value呢? 因為 什麼才是彼此之間利益的匯流?!
過了三年 喧囂的世界一點都沒有改變 人類還是甚麼教訓都沒學到 天災的天災 環太平洋的強震海嘯 人禍的人禍 中東北非的流血衝突 天災還是人禍也搞不清楚 核場的爆炸 填海造地的淹沒 就連身邊也曾出一些無可想像的狗屁倒灶的事 假如生存本身已經是難事 存活在一個價值扭曲不問公平正義的世界裡 越堅定信仰的人只會更痛苦 畢業前夕的我發現我自己茫然掉了 coach你要開解嗎
唉... 唯有自己堅持, 才能要求別人接受 若是自己茫然, 則只能任其沉淪了 我相信妳會明白的~ 只要那些是值得遊說的價值 任何一分 都是力量 就像我對你們每個人的潛移默化 都是在盡一分力量 不求量大 但求質精... 擁有你們 讓我覺得很開心 因為我盡力了 而你們 也都因此發光發熱!!! 把愛與和平的理念傳下去吧~ 總會有人需要的!!!
